Lovely villa in great location within easy access to Champions Gate for the supermarket bars and restaurants. One of the cleanest villas we have every stayed in & the owners have thought of everything from a games room to a safe. Would highly recommend it. Management company are fantastic and will sort any problems that could arise straight away.
Perfect retreat away from the madness of the parks

We have just returned from a perfect holiday in Davenport. The villa is perfectly positioned, and only a short 20 or so minutes from most parks. It was so spacious and well equipped with the games room, PlayStation, TV’s in each room. Championsgate is close by with lots of options to eat out/grab a take away to enjoy on the lanai. We also loved having a bbq at the end of a long day, looking over the amazing surroundings of the nature reserve. We saw so many birds/animals etc, it was wonderful! The pool and hot tub were a welcome treat at the end of a busy day at the parks- we couldn’t keep the kids out! We had a couple of minor issues when there, which the management company were so quick to rectify for us.

We enjoyed the heated pool and spa and all the amenities that the villa afforded us! It was just like home! Cleaning staff had the villa in tip top condition. The villa is very well stocked. We golfed, visited many area sites and restaurants. The ambiance of the area is so peaceful and relaxing!

Had a lovely time at at Margaret and Jonathan's villa. It's spacious and has all the comforts anyone could need. The villa is set slightly further back from the roadway than the other villas on the street so the pool is also further back than the others and this means it isn't overlooked. We felt that we were the only people around and it was so quiet which helped with our aim of having a very relaxing holiday. The management company dealt with a tear in the pool screen, very quickly and when we asked with help for a query we had with the stove, they were only too happy to assist with our lack of knowledge of American appliances. We were very impressed with standard .of service they provided. Margaret and Jonathan have the perfect holiday home in the most ideal location for a visit to Orlando. We would love to go back on a future holiday.

Absolutely stunning. The view over the reserve will blow you away. After a busy day there was nothing better than relaxing at the pool watching the wildlife. Villa itself was fantastic and had everything we needed.Close proximity to Champions Gate was great. We will definitely be back!

Incredible house, with a very careful decoration and everything you need to spend the holidays. The main bed was huge and very comfortable as was the sofa in the living room. Television with many channels and free children's movies. In the pool, there were many floats and toys to use. The location very quiet and close to the main highway to be able to go to the parks. We will repeat without a doubt.

Lockview is a fantastic villa, perfectly situated and has everything that you will need, a home away from home. We ordered the arrival hamper and it was perfect especially as we did not arrive till 9pm. Views out the back of the villa are stunning, and the wildlife amazing we even spotted the resident alligator in the lake. Every morning and evening the Cranes would visit, there are rabbits, squirrels and loads of wild bird to watch. A perfect place to relax in the evenings. We will definitely be visiting again. The villa has everything we needed, very spacious and clean. We saw Cranes, rabbits, squirrels, Alligators, lizards and birds within the first 48 hours of being here. Our boys loved the pool , games room and ps3. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

We pretty much loved everything about this villa. We are a family of four but it can easily accommodate two families. We played a lot of pool and enjoyed swimming by day and night. The surroundings are great for wildlife - the herons liked to watch us in the pool most days. Not far from Disney / Universal but far enough from the madness to truly relax.

Amazing modern villa, everything you need to make your stay comfortable , from the games room to the most comfortable bed that I've ever stayed in , I haven't slept that well In years . Great sounds at night coming from the surrounding lake. This villa as everything a family could ask for , I didn't want to leave 😢😢 but will be returning very soon .
